Duquesne University has established a Procurement Card program, P-Card Plu$, as a convenient way to make purchases. The Procurement Card is a MasterCard issued by Citizens Bank and gives direct buying authority to departments for small dollar purchases of goods and services as well as for travel and entertainment expenses.
